KTF currently owns three divisions, including KINGTIME FORGING, MARS AUTOPARTS and SINO STEEL (Taizhou), with 38 production lines. We are aiming to provide one-stop services of steel sourcing, auto-parts forging & machining for our clients.

Over 20 years, we have been dedicated in automobile parts forging and machining services, and we are full of confidence in our capabilities and entire process: from product concept, engineering and design, die-making, forging, processing, heat-treating, machining and after-sales service. With in-house services, from start to finish, we can meet demanding schedules and oversee all development and production while controlling costs for old or new products.

Since its foundation, KTF has been asking every employee involved in the production and management costs minimizing activities. Among them, intermediate frequency furnace update, the continuous reduction of waste, low-peak power use, and organizing teams whose efforts have brought significant reductions in scrap and set-up time, are just few examples. At the same time, we have implemented strict quality management, the continuous reduction of the production error has led our products contains lower price but higher quality.

Through continuous investment and improvement of production process, we can offer shorter lead-time for mass production. 388 dedicated manufacture staffs are trained to meet your critically demanding schedules, with more than 3000 completed die mould in stock, we are able to forge and machine 230,000 units every day.

In addition to our strict quality assurance system, our quality assurance start from the first person to handle raw materials (steel), ensure the chemical composition in line with our production requirements to prevent the after possible material issues, which is usually a hidden disaster for auto-parts suppliers who are non-forging companies. KTF is strictly compliance with ISO9000 international quality system, coupled with rigorous statistical process control charts to ensure quality throughout the production process is higher than industry requirements.
